INGREDIENTS
1 lb (500 g) short pasta
2 cups (500 mL) fresh mixed vegetables
1 c. to tab (15 mL) oil
3 t (750 mL) tomato sauce
1 can white beans, drained and rinsed (19 oz / 540 mL)
1 cup (250 ml) of cooking cream 15%
PREPARATION
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and reserve. In the same saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook the vegetables for about 5 minutes (depending on the chosen vegetables) or until al dente (cooked but still crunchy). Add tomato sauce, beans and cream. Bring to boil. Stir in reserved pasta, mix well and serve immediately
