Ingredients:






Artichoke
Minced meat
Béchamel sauce
Salt - Pepper
Sauce
Oil or butter
Preparation and cooking method:
Put a little oil or butter in a bowl
Avrgy artichoke inside and Aslekaya then a minority in the oil
Dilute the sauce with a little water, salt and pepper and pure Ozeiha in oven
Rsy artichoke pills over the sauce
Fry the meat with onions in a little oil or butter, salt and pepper Tpeleta
Put a spoonful of the mixture on top of each grain Artichokes
Then Put a spoonful of Albahamil above all grain
