2 large red beets already cooked
1 large c. tablespoons heavy cream
50 g roquefort
2 slices of country bread
1 red onion
4 basil leaves
olive oil
salt pepper

1 Chop the onion and fry in a pan with olive oil. Réservez.2 In the bowl of the mixer, put beets, the prepared onion, cream, basil, 1 tsp. tablespoons olive oil, salt and poivrez.3 Mix and book fees. Before serving, sprinkle with a few crumbs of Roquefort and country bread cubes.
