Ingredients:



1/2 kilogram of meat without bone

Four tomatoes, chopped
Chopped onion
Chopped parsley
2 tablespoons oil or butter
Juice Emenp
Salt - Pepper - Bharat



Preparation and cooking method:


Wash the meat and cut into small slices and season with lemon
Put oil or butter in a bowl and put the meat and Nqlbh even blush a bit, then add the onion and toss for 10 minutes
