NGREDIENTS
2 oz (60 g) butter cocoa coarsely chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) of coconut oil
1/4 cup (60 mL) liquid honey
1/2 cup (125 mL) unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup (60 ml) coconut milk
1 c. tsp (5 mL) vanilla
PREPARATION
1. In a heavy saucepan, melt the cocoa butter and coconut oil moyendoux fire. Add honey, cocoa powder and coconut milk and heat, stirring, until the mixture is smooth. Add vanilla and mix. Cool (fondue thickens as it cools, refrigerate to speed up the process).
2. To serve, pour into a pot or dish fondue and adjust the heat on low.
