Ingredients
4 Habhkberh of potatoes, peeled and cut into quarters
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
¾ cup milk
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
½ cup cheddar cheese
How to prepare
Potatoes are placed in a large saucepan, add salt and cover with water. Boil the potatoes on the fire of medium to high heat and cook for about 15 minutes until the potatoes emulsifies.
Drain potatoes well. In the meantime, heat the milk and butter in a small saucepan. Mash the potatoes in a bowl. Add the hot milk and season with salt and pepper. Blends together the mixture with a spoon and add the cheese.
