Ingredients
1 kg potatoes, very small size
6 steak beef crunchy dried, cut into small cubes
3 tbsp Italian sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp parsley, fresh, minced center
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
2 tablets eggs, whole
Salt, to taste
Olive oil
How to prepare
Prepare mayonnaise
In a bowl, a blender or small food prepared, put the eggs, mustard, salt and blend until the mixture fails.
Add a little oil, then mixed for 10 seconds and so on until the sauce becomes thick.
If oil is a mixture be above it means that the amount of oil added many here like any liquid (water, vinegar or lemon juice) until the oil breaks up and disappears.
Prepare the salad
Heat oven to a temperature of 200 Celsius.
Cut potatoes in half, mix with beef and bacon sauce, then put the mixture in a greased oven tray size 15 × 10 × 1 inch and bake for 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and become crispy parties.
Leave the potatoes to cool for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, ⅓ cup mayonnaise mixed with lemon juice and garlic.
Potatoes placed in a serving plate and is distributed in the face of mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
* Preferred mixing potatoes with mayonnaise and leave at least an hour even absorb all the flavors.
